  • Alcohol is not included: there will be a bar from which a reasonable choice of beer, wine and spirits can be purchased.
  • The dinner will be at 7:00pm for 7:30 until 11:30pm (bar closing at 11pm). The bistro bar (Ainslie pub) will stay open a little longer.

The menu will be an alternate drop of:

Entrée:

  • King prawns with Rocket, avocado and cherry tomato salad
  • Spicy beef salad with shaved cucumber and peanuts, lime and ginger dressing
  • Vegetarian option (by pre-order only) TBA

Main:

  • Grilled chicken Maryland with snow peas, preserved lemon and roast tomato cous cous
  • Slow-roasted pork belly with roasted potato, seasonal greens and star anise jus.
  • Vegetarian option (by pre-order only) TBA

Dessert:

  • Sticky date pudding with vanilla icecream
  • Frangelico pannacotta with chocolate orange sauce and hazelnuts
